IOWA CITY - An Illinois man faces numerous charges after fighting with a woman and trying to flee from police while handcuffed.
Iowa City police responded to the intersection of Lucas and Washington streets around 11:45 p.m. Sept. 5 for a report of a man pushing a woman. Officers located the man who witnesses said was yelling loudly at the woman and 'aggressively” pushing her, Police said the man - identified as 21-year-old Connor T.
