Victim in Cedar Rapids shooting remains hospitalized

CEDAR RAPIDS - The victim in Saturday morning's shooting in southeast Cedar Rapids remains hospitalized.
City public safety spokesman Greg Buelow said the victim - who has not yet been identified - is still at a hospital after being treated for life threatening injuries on Saturday.
Police were called to a home in the 700 block of 15th Street SE just before 3 a.m. Saturday for reports of a shooting. Responding officers found the victim, a 28-year-old man, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police said an argument started at a large house party. The victim was shot when that house party continued into the street.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is continuing.
