Cedar Rapids man accused of robbing, shooting at pizza delivery driver

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - A Cedar Rapids man is accused of robbing and shooting at a pizza delivery driver last month.
According to a Linn County attorney's Office criminal complaint, on Dec. 16, 18-year-old Treshawn C. Smith called Pizza Daddy and placed an order for two pizzas and two orders of chicken wings. Smith had the food delivered to 1002 B Ave. NW.
Police said when the delivery driver arrived at the address, Smith pointed a gun at him and demanded the food. Smith fled from the driver, according to the criminal complaint. The driver and another person tried to follow Smith and when they did, he turned and shot at the driver's vehicle, the complaint states.
Smith has been charged with first-degree robbery and intimidation with a dangerous weapon.
