Iowa high school football scores: How the ranked teams fared in Week 2
3A No. 2 Williamsburg takes down 4A No. 1 Xavier

Two games were decided by a point in double-overtime — 1A No. 6 Pella Christian over 2A No. 9 Monroe PCM (29-28) and Pleasant Valley over 5A No. 8 Cedar Rapids Kennedy (36-35).
Teams ranked No. 1 (Cedar Rapids Xavier) and No. 2 (Council Bluffs Lewis Central) in Class 4A lost to ranked Class 3A foes Williamsburg and Creston by one and two points, respectively.
So yeah, it was another wild week for some of the ranked Iowa high school football teams.
