Cedar Rapids man accused of sex abuse

CEDAR RAPIDS - A Cedar Rapids man is accused of sexually abusing a young boy.
According to the Linn County Attorney's Office, on Jan. 12, 26-year-old Skylar S. Fisher was seen 'engaged in a sex act” with the 4-year-old victim at a residence in Cedar Rapids. Authorities said Fisher fled the residence when confronted, but was found by police investigators later.
Fisher admitted to committing the act when questioned by detectives, police said. He has been charged with second-degree sexual abuse, a Class B felony punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
