The 2023 Iowa high school boys’ state wrestling tournament begins Wednesday at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, with the finals set for Saturday night. Here is information on how to watch, plus the schedule and brackets.
How to watch boys’ state wrestling
Live stream: FloWrestling (subscription) for every round; Iowa High School Sports Network and IHSSN app (free) for semifinals and finals
TV for Friday’s semifinals: MC22 and other IHSSN affiliates

Boys’ state wrestling schedule
WEDNESDAY
9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. — Class 1A first round followed by second round and first-round consolation
1:30-5 p.m. — Class 2A first round followed by second round and first-round consolation
6-9:30 p.m. — Class 3A first round followed by second round and first-round consolation
THURSDAY
9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. — Class 1A second-round consolation, quarterfinals and third-round consolation
1:30-5 p.m. — Class 2A second-round consolation, quarterfinals and third-round consolation
6-9:30 p.m. — Class 3A second-round consolation, quarterfinals and third-round consolation
FRIDAY
9 a.m.-noon — Class 1A fourth-round consolation, semifinals and fifth-round consolation
1:30-4:30 p.m. — Class 2A fourth-round consolation, semifinals and fifth-round consolation
6-9 p.m. — Class 3A fourth-round consolation, semifinals and fifth-round consolation
SATURDAY
9 a.m.-2:15 p.m. — Consolation semifinals and placing matches for all classes
5:30 p.m. — Grand March and championship matches for all classes
