Flowrestling talks with Brands and Metcalf

You learn something every day. Flo Wrestling's Mark Bader was able to draw something different out of University of Iowa Coach Tom Brands and former Hawkeye two-time NCAA champion and world-team member Brent Metcalf.

Brands apparently likes anything with a beat to go along with classic country's Waylon Jennings and Merle Haggard. LMFAO couldn't have a stranger partners, I'd say, but the University of Iowa wrestling coach doesn't mind either.

At one time in Davisson, Mich., Brent Metcalf would visit the skate park in between school and hitting the wrestling room. Who knew he used to thrash a little concrete before thrashing opponents while wearing a Hawkeye singlet.

Just so you know, it's not about the dog. It is about where the birds are.
