Waterloo High School in Illinois competed in the Linn-Mar Lions Duals on Saturday. The team also attended the Iowa men’s wrestling dual against Wisconsin at Carver-Hawkeye Arena on Friday.

Muscatine pulled away in the third quarter and went on to beat Cedar Rapids Kennedy, 65-58, in a Class 4A boys basketball substate semifinal. The Cougars finished 15-8 despite being very young and very undersized, though the future looks very good.
