Ms. Emily Penningroth and Mr. Ryan Phelan were united in marriage on Friday, August 1, 2014 at Saint Matthew Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids. A reception, dinner and dance
followed at the Cedar Rapids Country Club. Emily is the daughter of Dr. R. Paul and Terry Penningroth of Cedar Rapids. Ryan is the son of Mr. Paul Jr. and Kathy Phelan, also of Cedar Rapids. The wedding party included (from left to right): Richard Salhus, Rebecca Dennis,
Paul Gordon, Kayla Phelan, Ryan Phelan, Emily Phelan, Claire Penningroth (Maid of Honor), Max Dittmer (Best Man), Maria Protsch, Paul Helgens, Katie Brown (Phelan) and Neil Brown. The couple honeymooned on the island of Oahu in Hawaii.
