Mellette Louise Maurice and Richard Patrick Drager were united in marriage November 22, 2014 at Zion Presbyterian Church in Coggon, IA. The 3 p.m. ceremony was officiated by Dr. Leonard Ranson of Cedar Rapids. Mellette is the daughter of John and Tracie Maurice and granddaughter of Phyllis Ammeter, all of Cedar Rapids. Richard is the son of Merle Drager of Cedar Rapids and Dixie Drager of Sun Prairie, WI. Attendants of the bride were Katie Nelson, Amanda Callender, Morgan Goudy, Kayla Ruth and Alivia Grissom. Attending the groom were Andy Usher, Nathan Falat, Nick Usher, Jeff

Taylor and Ethan Grissom. Ceremony music was provided by Rick Gallo of Urbana and Miles Maurice of Cedar Falls. A reception

dinner and dance were held in the Rosewood Room at Cedar Rapids Marriott Hotel. On the eve of the wedding, a very special Greek

rehearsal dinner was held at Mount Vernon Road Hy Vee Market Cafe, prepared by Chef Basil Hadjis, highlighting the wedding party and

family's time following the rehearsal. The

couple recently honeymooned aboard a cruise ship on the Caribbean. They now reside in

Cedar Rapids, where Mellette is a Community

Integration Program Specialist at The Arc of East Central Iowa. Richard is Lead Office

Administrator at Barnes Manufacturing
