Frieden - Miller

CEDAR FALLS, IA - ­Kristi Leigh Frieden of Elgin, IA and Nathan Todd Miller of Marion, IA were united in marriage on June 6, 2009. The Rev. Eva Cameron presided over the 3:30 p.m. ceremony in the Commons Ballroom on the University of Northern Iowa Campus in Cedar Falls. A reception was held at The Isle Casino and Hotel in Waterloo, IA.

Kristi is the daughter of Layne and Barbara Frieden of Elgin. Nathan is the son of Todd and Cheryl Miller of Marion.

Kristi graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelors degree in social work. She is employed by Parent Share and Support in West Union, IA, and Counseling and Family Centered Services in Waucoma, IA.

Nathan graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelors degree in music education. He is the middle school band director for South Winneshiek.

The couple spent their honeymoon on a Caribbean Cruise.
