Katie Decker and Gary Halligan of Cedar Rapids were united in marriage on November 5, 2011 at St. Patricks Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids. A dinner and dance followed at the IBEW.
Katie is the daughter of Tom and Tammy Decker of Cedar Rapids. Gary is the son of Larry and Nancy Halligan of O'Fallon, MO.
Katie earned her AA at Kirkwood in 2005 and currently works for the Cedar Rapids Community School District. Gary earned his Masters degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Missouri-Rolla. Gary is employed at Schneider Electric.
