Conlin - Thursby

Sarah Conlin and Michael Thursby were united in marriage on June 11, 2011 in Lutsen, MN. Pastor Paul Leslie performed the 1:30 ceremony on the beach of Lake Superior. A reception followed at the Lutsen Resort.

The bride is the daughter of Shaun Conlin of Cottage Grove, MN and Dan Conlin of New Richmond, WI. The groom is the son of Melvin & Deanna Thursby of Cedar Rapids.

Michael received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa in 2008 and his Master's degree in percussion from UNI in 2010. Michael is currently an instrumental music teacher in Grand Rapids, MN. Sarah is a 2010 graduate of the University of Minnesota at Duluth with a Bachelor's degree in teaching communication arts and literature. She is an English teacher for the Mesabi Academy in the Mountain Iron-Buhl School District.

The couple honeymooned on an Alaskan cruise. They reside in Grand Rapids, MN.
