Mark and Gini Chase announce the

marriage of their daughter, Katie Chase, to Cameron Weir. Cameron is the son of Vincent Weir and Terry Weir, both of Houston, TX. The couple tied the knot in the gazebo at Menard House in Galveston, TX on April 19, 2014. After the ceremony, they

celebrated with a barbeque and dance on the Menard House grounds. The bride was attended by her sister, Torie Chase, and Laura Hauser. The groom was attended by Devon Knoll and Brandt Carlson.

Katie graduated from the University of Iowa in 2010 with a degree in Finance. She received a Master's in Education from Delta State University in 2012 and is the lead kindergarten teacher at Kipp Legacy Preparatory School in Houston. Cameron graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Communications in 2010. He received a law degree from the South Texas

College of Law in 2013 and is an

attorney at Jan Woodward Fox PLC in Houston.
