Using the internet to bring them together was the only ordinary part of their relationship, since they both live in cabins on opposite sides of the mountain. On their first date, Michele and Casey chose to venture into Rocky Mountain National Park, where they joined the tourists in watching the elk rut under the full moon. Enjoying their adventures and each other's company, they decided to make things official.
On August 19, 2017 they were wed at the Historic Crags Lodge in Estes Park, Colorado.
