Carolyn is the daughter of Mike and Sylvia Carr of Manchester, and Scott is the son of Stephen Shives of Clive, IA, and Wayne and Shari Folken of Waterloo, IA.
Carolyn is employed as a teacher librarian in the West Delaware County Community School District. Scott is employed as a service technician at Affordable Heating and Cooling.
The couple resides in Manchester.
