ANACORTES, WA - Rebekah Joy Bowman of Burien, WA and Lt.
Joel David Funk of Anacortes were married July 11, 2009. Father Vu Tran officiated the ceremony at St.
Mary's Catholic Church in Anacortos.
They honeymooned in Hawaii.
Rebekah is the daughter of Tim and Angela Bowman. Joel is the son of Gail Hietpas of Cedar Rapids and David Funk of McKinney, TX.
Rebekah graduated from Washington State University. She is a Taxation Manager for Vulcan in Seattle.
Joel graduated from the University of North Dakota. He is presently serving in the the U.S. Navy.
