The city of Cedar Rapids is giving daily 10 a.m. news conferences, updating the public on the flooding situation across the city. Watch a live stream of that news conference below, via KCRG.
Earlier this morning, the City announced that all residents and businesses will be allowed back into the evacuation zone at noon Friday and the barricades are expected to be down by 7 a.m. Saturday.
Exit 19B on I-380 southbound has also reopened to traffic.
