Iowa high school volleyball 2023 mock regional brackets, first draft

The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union is likely to announce its volleyball regional pairings within the next two weeks.

Here is The Gazette’s first draft of mock pairings ... all five classes, all 354 teams.

The postseason begins in mid-October, with it all culminating at the state tournament, Oct. 30-Nov. 2 at Xtream Arena in Coralville.

Our brackets are assembled by using IGHSAU rankings for the top 15 teams, and Bound for the rest of the field in each class. Priorities are balance across regions, and geography.
