Former West Delaware prep Wyatt Voelker is redshirting this season as a freshman 197-pounder for the University of Northern Iowa. He already has won three open tournaments this season as an unattached wrestler, and has qualified for the semifinals of the Soldier Salute at Xtream Arena.

Northern Iowa’s young men’s basketball team got an unkind re-welcome to Missouri Valley Conference play Wednesday night, as Missouri State out-muscled the Panthers for a 79-67 win.
On a two-way contract, AJ Green divides his time between the Milwaukee Bucks and their NBA G League affiliate, the Wisconsin Herd. Thus far, he has made 12 appearances for the Bucks and is averaging 3.2 points per game. He has played eight games in the G League, with six starts, and is averaging 20.3 points.
