Track & field: Mount Vernon girls repeat as Wamac Conference champions; Clear Creek Amana rules the boys’ competition.
Boys’ track and field: Cedar Rapids Kennedy shuttle hurdle relay briefly holds the all-time Iowa best. Cougars run 56.75 seconds at Xavier, then Waukee Northwest and Ankeny top that at the CIML meet.
