2024 Iowa high school track and field state qualifying meet assignments

The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union and the Iowa High School Athletic Association have released state qualifying meet assignments for Thursday, May 9.

Qualifiers advance to the state meet May 16-18 at Drake Stadium, Des Moines.

Here are the assignments for state qualifying meets with area teams:

Class 4A

(In each event, top 2 advance automatically from each site, plus 12 at-large qualifiers statewide)

AT CEDAR RAPIDS (Kingston Stadium)

Bettendorf, Cedar Rapids Jefferson, Cedar Rapids Kennedy, Cedar Rapids Washington, Iowa City Liberty, Johnston, Marshalltown, North Scott.

AT DUBUQUE (Dalzell Field)

Cedar Falls, Clinton, Davenport North, Davenport West, Dubuque Hempstead, Dubuque Senior, Linn-Mar, Waterloo West

AT IOWA CITY HIGH
