When Valentine’s Day falls midweek, we get two weekends to celebrate the year’s sweetest holiday. However, Feb. 14 is the first day of Lent, so those who observe that season, will have to choose their dining options more carefully.
And never fear: If sweet makes you sour, a couple of events in the Corridor are tailored just for you.

To celebrate Valentine's Day and Black History Month, create collage heart mosaics based on the art style of Black artist Alma Thomas, known for her vibrant colored abstractions made after she turned 60 years old.
