Hancher announces 2024-25 season

Broadway blockbusters are coming to Iowa City

IOWA CITY — Blockbuster Broadway hits are headed to Hancher Auditorium in the 2024-25 season, beginning with “Dear Evan Hansen” from Dec. 6 to 8, 2024.

Others include:

“Hadestown,” Jan. 24 to 26, 2025

“Mean Girls,” March 7 to 9, 2025

“TINA — The Tina Turner Musical,” May 30 to June 1, 2025

And this add-on option: Riverdance, May 9 to 11, 2025 (Mother’s Day weekend).

Renewals for current subscribers are underway. New subscriptions go on sale to the general public June 17. Single tickets go on sale July 29.
