Journeys: Music Therapy Workshop
Journeys is a social group which offers opportunities to gather with others who have experienced a loss. This month Naomi Davis, a music therapist, will guide the group in a discussion about music therapy, how music can impact our moods, mental processing, and emotions, and offer ways to incorporate music into our everyday lives in a productive way.
