Love is shown so fully at times of loss. We know this to be true, for we have experienced true love over the past weeks and months as Bennie's health

declined and since his passing. Our family and dear friends

gathered around us and held us tightly in their arms and in their prayers. Thank you all so very much for the beautiful flowers and plants, each kind and

encouraging word, each gift of food, each warm hug, each shared tear.

We were helped through difficult decisions and difficult days by the staffs of Hallmark Care and Rehabilitation Center, MercyCare of Mount Vernon, CR Mercy

Hospital and their outstanding ICU department, and the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy, Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church, and

Morgan Funeral and Cremation Choices. We thank you for the positive difference you made in our journey with Bennie, and we will be forever grateful for you and the essential work you do.

We stand in awe of God's power. We thank Him for the gift of

Bennie in our lives, and we thank Him for the blessings we have received in each of you.
