Thank you for making a difference in the future careers of our area

students! Workplace Learning Connection, a department of Kirkwood

Community College, in partnership with 930 organizations, was able to reach 24,841 students with career exploration events; 2,972 students had job shadows and 278 students had internships this year. We could not have done this without your help! In a survey conducted by WLC this school year, 7/10 shared that their job shadow experience positively

influenced their decision to live and work in Iowa! For more information, look for our 2015-16 annual report at www.workplace-learning.org which will be posted by August 1.
