The family of Marion Schwartz would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone for the kindness, love and support shown to us during the loss of our loved one. A special thank you goes to Pastor Mark Leckband for praying with us and performing the funeral. Thanks also to Pastors Preus, Lingard and Schmidt for their prayers and visits. We also send our gratitude to the Vinton Lutheran Home Memory Care, who gave Marion such tender loving care, and the Assisted Living staff for their thoughtfulness. Thanks as well to Drs. Gunnett, Elgin and Van Steenhuyse-Russell Funeral Home for their care and comfort.

We appreciated the beautiful flowers, cards and memorials. Thank you to the Mount

Auburn Legion Post 177 and Iowa Military Funeral Honors. Thank you to the ladies of Trinity Lutheran Church for their lovely

luncheon and to Larry Moody for the DVD.

Marion will be missed forever, but we know he will live in the hearts of all who shared their grief with us during this difficult time.
