Jim Delay

We would like to thank everyone who shared their love, support and prayers,

or came to visit during Jim's hospice stay; and for flowers, food, or memorials after his passing. Thank you to all the health professionals for their

compassionate care of Jim during his

illness over the last 18 years; this

includes the University of Iowa Heart Transplant team, donor family of Frank DeShaw, both Cedar Rapids hospitals, Davita Dialysis doctors and staff,

Dr. Karen Harmon and Stephanie

Robinson ARNP, Dr. Paramesh Ramadugo, and many others who worked together to give Jim a longer life. Thank you to the Mercy Hospice House for their wonderful care of Jim in his final days. Thank you to Noelridge Christian Church, Rev. Stew Royce, and all those who

helped with Jim's service and for a

wonderful lunch afterwards. Thank you to Deb McKernan and everyone who helped our family though this difficult time of Jim's passing, as well as the recent

passing of our beloved Rob McNamer.
