CANCELED: Operation Quickfind for Nikolai “Niko” Stielow
UPDATE: Niko has been found and the Operation Quickfind has been canceled
An Operation Quickfind has been issued by the Cedar Rapids Police Department for Nikolai 'Niko” Stielow, a white 21-year-old male, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds, who was last seen at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, at B Avenue and 29th Street NE, Cedar Rapids.
Nikolai is a dependent adult with autism and was last seen wearing camo cargo shorts and a white T-shirt, according to the news release.
