The second annual Southeast Iowa Community STEM Day is set for July 18 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot in the Collins Aerospace facility at 400 Collins Road NE in Cedar Rapids.
The two organizations partnered to offer bike-focused STEM-related classes for kids of all ages at the Iowa City Bike Library.
Metro STEAM Academy engages high school students in community and project-based learning that integrates workplace skills through an ever-changing list of projects.
