Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds delivered her eighth Condition of the State address to the Iowa Legislature on Tuesday. Following the governor’s address, Senate Minority Leader Janice Weiner of Iowa City provided a Democratic response.

At 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, Major General Stephen E. Osborn, adjutant general of the Iowa National Guard, delivers the annual Condition of the Guard address to a joint session of the Legislature.
