Watch: Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds’ 2023 Condition of the State address

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds will deliver her sixth Condition of the State address to the Iowa Legislature at 6 p.m. Tuesday. Following the governor’s address, minority leaders Rep. Jennifer Konfrst (D-Windsor Heights) and Sen. Zach Wahls (D-Coralville) will provide a Democratic response.
