Former Iowa senator McKibben endorses Ernst

State sen. Joni Ernst, R-Red Oak, announced she has received the endorsement of former state Sen. Larry McKibben of Marshalltown in her bid for the Republicans U.S. Senate nominatikon.
“Joni is the only candidate with a proven conservative record and she has the credentials to take on and defeat Bruce Braley next fall," he said. "I look forward to doing all I can to help Joni win this nomination and ultimately this Senate seat in November.”
McKibben served in the Iowa Senate from 1997 until he retired in 2008.
