Fourth-ranked Lisbon beat Starmont 49-0 in a Class A first-round Iowa high school football playoff game Friday night.

No. 4 Lisbon forced five first-half turnovers, turned three directly into touchdowns, and walloped Starmont, 49-0, in a Class A high school football first-round playoff game.
