Big weekend on tap.
On Sunday, I've been invited to help judge the Cedar Valley Humane Society's "Pet-O-Ween" pet costume contest at Theisen's Home-Farm-Auto in Cedar Rapids. Registration starts at 10 a.m. and judging begins at 1 p.m. The event is open to pets of all kinds, I'm told.
I have no experience in the world of high fashion, but this seems like a good place to start. Come on down. Bring the kids. Watch where you step.
