Rubashkin Trial Stays in Iowa

Judge Linda Reade has rejected former Agriprocessors executive Sholom Rubashkin's motion to have his trial moved out of Iowa.

His legal team argued that pretrial publicity and media coverage created a "poison" atmosphere. Reade disagreed.
