My daughter Tess, 8, during the bottom of the second inning at last night's Kernels game. To be fair, she was heavily focused on a giant bowl of chocolate ice cream. And there were sunglasses to take on and off.
But "Teach Tess the nuances of our national pastime" is now on my summer to-do list.
