Driving me to link - a reversal, a drought and a Quiet Man

The Iowa DOT has reversed its initial ruling and will allow young illegal immigrants cleared to stay in the U.S. by the Obama administration to get driver's licenses. The department managed to swerve around this controversy thanks to new guidance from the feds.
Iowa's top environmental official says water usage may be curtailed if the drought hangs on.
