Charcoal or Gas?

I'm a charcoal guy. Always have been. I understand the gas grill convenience argument. But I'm just not in a hurry.

Some gas backers say their method is more environmentally friendly. I say charcoal is a renewable fuel.

And, oh yeah, charcoal-grilled/smoked food tastes better, in my humble opinion.

We're never going to settle this. But at least we can vote.
