Cedar Rapids Washington quarterback Reid Snitker combined for 237 yards total offense and accounted for five touchdowns as the top-ranked Warriors scored a season-high in points in a 63-19 Class 4A District 6 win over Burlington at Bracewell Stadium last night in a high school football season finale.
The Warriors (9-0, 5-0 District 6) got 143 yards receiving from Alex Herzog and scored the game's first 21 points. Washington piled up 604 yards of offense, and backup quarterback T.J. Vogel threw for 178 yards and a score.
This is Washington's fifth perfect regular season since 1981.

WEST DELAWARE 28, DECORAH 27
— Jake Hovden scored on a 40-yard screen pay with just over a minute left, but a two-point conversion failed, giving the Hawks the win at home.
Brent Lammers rushed for 185 yards and three touchdowns on 24 carries and also hit Trent Curley on a 12-yard TD pass. The Hawks had 432 yards of offense, 237 on the ground.

MONTICELLO 69, NORTHEAST 28
— Quarterback David Gray completed 16 of 21 passes for 284 yards and five touchdowns as Monticello clinched a playoff berth with a win at home.
Jarrett Easton had seven receptions for 141 yards and four touchdowns. Trent Aitchison had 19 carries for 151 yards and three scores.
For Northeast, Will Hasken completed 23 of 40 passes for 394 yards for Northeast, most of those to Nick Wall, who caught 12 passes for 250 yards and three touchdowns.
Monticello led 42-12 at halftime. The Panthers finished 3-3 in Class 2A, District 4, and are 4-5 overall. Northeast wound up 0-6, 1-8.

WEST BRANCH 42, ALBURNETT 0
— Luke Lenoch rushed for 143 yards and four touchdowns and Lucas Lamont completed 9 of 9 passes for 190 yards and two scores as the Bears completed their 12th perfect regular season in school history.
Lenoch scored on runs of 18, 5, 1 and 35 yards as West Branch won its 17th district title. Devin Kindon and Sam Aspelmeier both had TD receptions and Matt Shawver caught three passes for 88 yards.

SOLON 28, DUBUQUE WAHLERT 12
— Brandon Kramer rushed for 251 yards on 15 carries ands scored three touchdowns, including a 95-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter, as the Spartans won at home.
Brandon Childs had a four-yard touchdown run and recorded four PATs.
Riley Hasken led the Golden Eagles with 126 yards on 38 carries and two touchdowns.
NORTH FAYETTE-VALLEY 15, NEW HAMPTON 13 (OT)
— Josh Mackey had two touchdown runs for North Fayette Valley (8-1) at West Union.
Alex Troyna had two touchdown passes for New Hampton (6-3) of 4 and 10 yards.
NORTH CEDAR 52, WILTON 14
— Jayden Johnson completed 16 of 25 passes for 233 yards and six touchdowns and added 58 rushing yards and a TD on eight carries as the Knights won in Stanwood.
Ian Malaby caught 5 passes for 101 yards and a touchdown and Adam Poduska had seven tackles, two sacks and rushed for a TD.
ED-CO 34, STARMONT 27
— Jamie Nefzger rushed for 129 yards and two TDs and Joshua Heims aadded 126 rushing yards as the Vikings won on the road. Seth Hoeger completed 4 of 9 passes fpr 115 yards and two TDs for Ed-Co.
Jake Butler rushed for 140 yards and two TDs for the Stars.
SUMNER-FREDERICKSBURG 32, CLAYTON RIDGE 7
— Mitchell Tiehl completed 7 of 10 passes for 136 yards and a touchdown and added a 3-yard touchdown run for Sumner-Fredericksburg (6-3) at Guttenberg.
Derek Kohlmeyer had 20 carries for 107 yards and James Kime ran for two touchdowns for the Cougars.
