VINTON -- Last year, Vinton-Shellsburg wrestler Ryan Webster had a losing record. But he worked his tail off in the offseason, and has turned into a pinning machine. The 160-pound senior pinned all five of his opponents at the Cascade Invitational last weekend -- in the first period.
