Wash's Oglesby to announce college plans Wednesday

Cedar Rapids Washington basketball swingman Josh Oglesby will announce his college decision Wednesday at a 12:30 press conference at the school, according to Washington Coach Brad Metzger.Oglesby, 6-foot-5, just got back from an official visit last weekend to Arizona State. He also took official visits the previous two weeks to Minnesota and Iowa, and Oglesby's AAU Coach Jamie Johnson said his commitment will be to one of those schools.Oglesby saw his college stock rise considerably over the summer, getting offers from 13 schools. He had an official visit planned this weekend to Illinois but it is being cancelled.Minnesota got a commitment over the weekend from 6-foot-3 shooting guard Joe Coleman of Hopkins, Minn. Perhaps that will play into Oglesby's decision, perhaps not.
