Washington's Bergstrom, City High's Pacheco honored by MVC

Cedar Rapids Washington's Austin Bergstrom and Fernando Pacheco of Iowa City High are division boys' soccer players of the year in Mississippi Valley Conference, the conference announced Tuesday.Bergstrom is the Valley Division POY. The midfielder has five goals and 10 assists in 18 games for the Warriors, who play top-seeded defending champion Iowa City West in a Class 3A state tournament quarterfinal Thursday afternoon.Striker Pacheco is the Mississippi Division POY. He has 19 goals and 10 assists in 16 games for City High, which plays West Des Moines Dowling in a Thursday quarterfinal.Brothers Mike and Steve Robertson of Cedar Rapids Kennedy are the Mississippi Division Coaches of the Year.Here are all of the all-MVC teams, which are selected by league coaches:
