Video Sessions -- Player interviews

We are progressing with the new content delivery system. I'll admit up front, I don't know what I'm doing.
You all would say, 'Well, that's never stopped you before.” And in that spirit, we proceed.
Here are the other player vidoes, so that's six. You'll notice the tabs along where the photo is, that's where you find the videos.
I have several videos from yesterday's practice on the way.
Let's throw in a critical question with each one. Why not?
Since we're talking to backup QB C.J. Beathard . . .
Critical question No. 1
-- How important is it that Iowa keeps Beathard happy?
He'll be a sophomore next season. Now, he's said he's staying, but a lot could happen between now and next semester. If he did leave, he'd have two years to play somewhere. Iowa would then be up Backup Quarterback Creek without a life raft. The Hawkeyes would go from junior Jake Rudock, who sprained knees and couldn't finish three games last season, to redshirt freshman Nic Shimonek. Not saying Shimonek wouldn't be up to the task, but Beathard has video in the can from last season.
Maybe happy isn't the best word here. How does the Iowa staff keep him in the game, keeping in mind that Rudock is the clear starter (and he is)?
Beathard is a valuable commodity for Iowa, a backup QB with game experience. You have to go back to 2009 and James Vandenberg to find one of those on Iowa's bench.
