Video Sessions — Part 3

Video No. 1 - I don't know if this made it to tape or not, but DT Carl Davis

started talking about hearing AC/DC's 'Back in Black,” the song the Hawkeyes walk down the Kinnick stairs to in pregame. I thought, I'm guessing Carl had no idea what this song was before he came to Iowa. He plays the drums and his musical taste span from hip-hop to jazz.

Nope, he had no idea what AC/DC was, but he's good with the song now.

And this did make it on tape, at the 2:13 mark.

Video No. 2 - Junior WR Jacob Hillyer

was here in 2012, when Iowa's passing game really wasn't here. He talks about where it was and where it is and might be headed this season. He also talks about how the group works socially. It got a smile out of him, anyway.

Video No. 3 - It's not on camera, but I asked to hear Louis Trinca-Pasat's

Romanian. He's the only one in his family who wasn't born in the eastern European country. He's fluent in the language. It's spoken quite a bit in his Chicago home. I asked to hear some cusswords. He claimed he didn't know any. I'll attach the sound at some point.
