Video 3 - SS John Lowdermilk had words with teammates during last week's game. He said he shouldn't have done that.

'I've got to keep my cool out there,” he said.

Video 4 (below) - Tight end Ray Hamilton is a fiery guy. 'I call it how I see it. I'm not too worried about peoples' feeling. You don't at this level of football. You want to be a good person . . . but at the end of the day, this is a job that we take a huge amount of pride in.”

You have to look in the mirror, he said. You need to take responsibility for your actions.
