Video: Mikaela Foecke’s 29 championship kills
CEDAR RAPIDS -- Holy Trinity's Mikaela Foecke finished her memorable high school volleyball career with a state championship on Friday night. On Thursday, Foecke set a state-tournament record with 37 kills in Holy Trinity's semifinal win.
Foecke followed that with 30 kills in the finals against Central Lyon. We have 29 of them on film (one kill was only credited to Foecke after the match was over).
