Top 10 questions for Eastern Iowa’s high school football teams

Area high school football teams started practicing Monday. For most schools, the season starts in three weeks, on Friday, Aug. 27. Between now and then, a lot of sweat – and some tears and blood – will be shed as the teams prepare for the regular season and, for some, the playoffs.Jeff Johnson and K.J. Pilcher have come up with 10 questions on Eastern Iowa high school football for the upcoming season. See if you can add a few of your own:1. How will Solon fare in Class 3A after winning three consecutive 2A state titles? And, will the Spartans' winning streak (41 games) continue?2. Who will be the best Metro team: Washington, Xavier, Kennedy or Linn-Mar?3. Who will rush for more yards this season: Linn-Mar's Jer Garman or Washington's Alex Carr?4. Will Williamsburg's Austin Blythe, who orally committed to the University of Iowa, be an All-State
