Ticket packages available for 2016 Olympic Trials

IOWA CITY - Wrestling fans have the opportunity to see the country's best wrestlers compete in Eastern Iowa.

All-session tickets are now available for USA Wrestling's 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials at University of Iowa's Carver-Hawkeye Arena April 9-10. Wrestlers will compete in men's and women's freestyle and Greco-Roman, trying to secure a spot on the team with the possibility of representing the nation at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Ticket packages are VIP for $225, adult for $75 and youth, which is 18 or younger, for $50. They can be purchased at CHA, via phone at 1-800-IA-HAWKS or online at www.iowacitytorio.com.

Single-day and single-session tickets go on sale April 4.

Iowa and Iowa City/Coralville CVB hosted the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials at CHA, setting an attendance record for the two-day event.
